I work with the Applications Strategy group at Oracle Corp, with responsibility for strategic analysis and planning that aligns Oracle's applications business with the company's overall strategy. Earlier I held a product management role within the CRM products group.

Prior to joining Oracle in 2004, I spent three years with early stage software ventures. I was a Principal at Silicus Technologies Inc, an offshore software services venture, where I held business and consulting responsibilities and helped build the company's early business in product outsourcing. Prior to Silicus, I held a product management position at Trivium Systems, a venture funded by Intel Corp. At Trivium, I gained valuable experience on the go-to-market for an innovative CRM product for the SMB market.

Prior to my career in the software industry, I was a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers' advisory services practice and Feedback Ventures' strategy group. With both groups,I worked on financial and strategic planning assignments, including business case analysis and modeling for project investments, new ventures and corporate finance transactions.

My education includes a graduate degree from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, business studies at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, and engineering study at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.
